About Us
CWO Consulting was founded on a simple belief: strong chambers and membership organizations create stronger communities.
Our team brings practical experience in chamber operations, membership development, event management, sponsorship cultivation, communications, and organizational leadership.
Unlike traditional consultants who offer recommendations from the sidelines, we understand the day-to-day realities of operating membership organizations because we have lived them.
Since 2022, CWO Consulting has provided operational support and leadership services for the Pleasant Hill Chamber of Commerce, helping guide the organization through continued growth and expanded member engagement.
During that time, membership has grown from approximately 180 members to more than 270 members while sponsorship support has increased from significant shortfalls to fully funded sponsorship programs.
The organization has successfully reintroduced and expanded networking opportunities, including women's programming, business networking groups, and additional member engagement events.
Today, CWO Consulting continues to help organizations strengthen membership, improve events, and navigate periods of change with practical solutions and measurable results.
