 When CWO Consulting began managing the Pleasant Hill Chamber of Commerce in 2022, the organization—like many chambers across the country—was navigating the lasting effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. Membership levels had declined, participation in programs had been disrupted, and several long-standing engagement opportunities had ceased operation. 

 Working collaboratively with chamber leadership, volunteers, sponsors, and community partners, CWO Consulting focused on three key priorities: Membership Growth, Member Engagement, and Events & Sponsorship Development.
